1 year manufactory warranty for manufacturing defect from the purchase date. Normal wear and tear incurred during the long life of your custom seat covers, or damage inflicted during installation of your seat covers, is not covered. We 100% guarantee fit. RETURN POLICY We make each set of custom seat covers based on your order. They are all custom-made per your request. If your seat covers do not fit your seats properly, simply return the part that does not fit and we will gladly fix it to make it perfect. All returns must have an authorization. Please call or E-mail us to obtain one. Seat Covers returned without an authorization will be rejected. Unauthorized return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We guarantee 100% craftsmanship on all of our seat covers. Since these items are custom-made, there are NO REFUND or exchanges of any type for seat covers with custom embroidery (names, special logos), 2 tones, or special colors and patterns. REFUND or exchanges will be issued for custom seat covers with basic colors (black, grey, charcoal, tan), no custom embroidery. Restocking fee of 35% will be applied on any refund since our seat covers are custom made for your vehicle and upon your request . See warranty policy. To assure fabric match, Front and Rear seat covers should be purchased at the same time. The reason is fabric dye lots will vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match if you decide to buy front or rear later on. We offer free fabrics samples. Please call our 800 number and request yours before you order to avoid wrong colors, our replacement warranty of defect will be issued using the same fabric and color of your original order if it is still available.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING All of our covers are CUSTOM TAILORED made and take about two up to four weeks to be made and delivered. Please considering this period of time into your expectations when you order your seat covers. If you need in less time we offer our RUSH services which will take no more then 3 to 5 business days for seat covers manufacturing process and the delivery time after that will be in accordance of the shipping method of your choice.
