Before placing an floor mat in a vehicle, be familiar with the following:
- Identify the correct floor mat for the specific vehicle application
- Correctly install the driver's, passenger's and rear floor mats
- Verify that the correct floor mats are securely installed in the appropriate model using the retaining hooks (clips), grommets, or holes if applicable
- Make sure that the floor mat is used as a single layer. DO NOT put on top of existing mat.
